quality As a clinically integrated network, NYUPN is focused on continuously improving the quality care for our patients. We work in partnership with our physicians and contracted health plans to engage patients in their care and promote health screenings.

Our performance as a network is measured on state and national quality measures, which include rates of annual well visits, mammograms, colonoscopies, to medication management of chronic conditions. Patients who are overdue for preventative screenings or tests, and thus have a “gap in care,” may be contacted by our team. On behalf of our physicians, we work centrally to engage patients in their care and assist in scheduling any needed services to close their gaps in care.
